I began making beer and wine in February 2006 after reading The Joy of Home Winemaking by Terry Garey and The Complete Joy of Homebrewing by Charles Papazian. We made our first cheese in May 2008 with guidance from Home Cheesemaking by Ricki Carrol. All of the equipment and supplies come from The Home Wine, Beer & Cheesemaking Shop.

The beers and wines are unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally carbonated and have no added preservatives.
